Training Plans

Custom training plans are a great way to improve your climbing in your own time.

Tom will take information about your climbing:

  • goals

  • strengths

  • weaknesses

  • physical abilities (grades, pull ups, plank hold etc)

  • availability 

  • training preference

He will then use that information to create a fully specific training plan for you. 

You then have the option to have meetings with the coach during your training plan to monitor your progress and adjust the plan if necessary.

1 month Plan - £25

1 month is a micro-cycle plan, perfect for just before a trip or to sample a training plan.

The plan will focus on one aspect of you climbing that relates to your goal; strength, endurance, power endurance, etc.

This way, noticeable improvements can be made in this short window.

3 month Plan - £45

Our medium plan is a great option if you're ready to take training seriously.

​

In the 3 months, many of your abilities can be worked upon, improving your climbing abilities as a whole. A great option if you're looking to increase your potential.

6 month Plan - £60

In our longest plan you have the opportunity to see your climbing ability improve dramatically.

​

The plan is compromised of a full mesocycle and 6 micro-cycles. This training strategy allows you to constantly improve in relation to your goal whilst targeting different aspects of your training. This not only means you're more likely to achieve your goal, but means you'll create a higher level of all round climbing performance.

Plans Revisited - £20

This option is great for the longer plans. 

During your training time, you may want an update from your coach to re-evaluate your performance and see if any tweaks can be made to the plan to maximise on your training potential. 

Plans Revisited comes in the form of online or in person discussions and a re-evaluation and update of your current plan.
